FULL TIME, PERMANENT (40 hours per week; minimum guaranteed hours 30 hours per week)

If you are a people person who loves working outdoors and you have a passion for horticulture then this is the job for you.

You will be supervising a team of 10+ team members - training and coaching your team to meet and optimize productivity targets while keeping a strong focus on their wellness and Health & Safety.

Skills

Strong people skills with the ability to connect with a diverse team
Proven experience in leadership and horticulture
Experience working within a collaborative orchard leadership team
Good numeracy and literacy
Excellent communication
A passion for working outdoors
Can do attitude

2+ years horticulture experience is preferred.
